Estimated Delivery and Shipping Times

We provide an estimated delivery date for each item in your shopping cart based on your selected shipping method. Below are the estimated processing and shipping times for orders:

Standard Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $60; a $3.90 shipping fee applies to orders under $60. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, transit usually takes 6–13 business days. The estimated delivery time is 8–18 business days from the date the order is placed.

Note: The processing and shipping times above apply to all products on the website. If you have an urgent order that needs to arrive by a specific date, please contact our customer service team in advance. We will prioritize the production and shipment of your order. Delivery dates may be subject to change due to uncontrollable factors such as severe weather, holidays, or strikes.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may require 2–5 business days of processing time before shipment. After receiving the email, it may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Do you offer international shipping?

We accept orders from Europe. Our primary carriers are USPS and DHL, and order processing times remain the same. All orders are shipped from China to Europe. Any customs duties or related taxes incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
